We are a Christian Church established in Bakersfield in 2015. Our foundation is God, His Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We exist to bring a breath of life to the nations — one family at a time.

Passionate about God and about ministry. In love with Jesus. With a remarkable life testimony, God uses them with a strong burden for families and marriages. Called at 19 to know the Lord and carry His Word, Pastor Giovani has served as usher, worship leader, youth pastor, cell group leader, Sunday school teacher, and co-pastor — and holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology.

About Our Church

A church that was born in the heart of God — established in Bakersfield, called to bring a breath of life to families and to the nations.

Our Story

The ministry began in 2015 — a church born in the heart of God. We believe we were called to bring encouragement to families, established by God in the city of Bakersfield. Our task as a Christian Church is to be a light in a time when humanity profoundly needs God.

This year, by the grace and faithfulness of God, we have had the privilege of receiving support and covering from Ministerio Aliento de Vida in Bakersfield, under the spiritual covering of Ministerio Profético La Roca de Salvación.

Our Vision

We are a family church. That is our vision. We love God, and we love family deeply. The foundation of our church is God, His Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

We believe the mouth of God has the power to give life. That's why we carry this name. This house is filled with His Breath. The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground; He breathed the breath of life into his nostrils, and the man became a living being (Genesis 2:7).

In this place of new beginnings, we believe many promises will be resurrected. A place to start again, believing in the God of new opportunities. In God, the old has passed away — everything is made new (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Pastor Giovani's Calling

"At the age of 19, the Lord called me to know Him and to carry His Word. For years, God prepared me for the calling — working in the ministries of ushers, worship, youth pastor, cell group leader, Sunday school teacher, and co-pastor — until He brought me into the pastorate, where we earned a Bachelor's degree in Theology."

Pastors Giovani and Vasni Cortes lead Aliento de Vida together, with a strong burden for families, marriages, and the next generation. Their lives are a testimony of what God can do when ordinary people say yes.
